Thank you for introducing me to your 2 week challenge, completed at the Heritage gym.
Over the two week period I achieved more than I thought with the training and this gives me the confidence to further challenge myself, testing the limit rather than assuming where it is.
The change in diet was also an eye opener, and still being maintained (well 90% anyway), I am sleeping better, have more energy, and thinking with more clarity. I am also finding that I am reacting better to stressful situations, and being able to resolve issues simply where otherwise they may have appeared more complex.
Certainly a program I am happy to recommend and one I will look to repeat again in the future.

My Goal: To successfully complete the Coast 2 Coast in 09.
What I needed: I've never done multisport before, I needed the guidance of someone in the sports specific arena to guide me through the training and hopefully the event.
What I got: Exactly that, the sessions have been very focused and they are all steps in a larger plan put together by Paul. My knee injury threw everything upside down but the way the sessions could immediately change (even with 5 minutes notice) and focus on dealing with the injury without losing sight of the actual goal has been great.
My expectations: These have constantly been exceeded, Paul goes the extra distance i.e. getting touch with my physio so we are all on the same page. I have gone on to put my whole team (all employees) through one of Paul's 10 week challenges with great results.
